Job summary

CareAllies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Professional Provider Data, including contracting and credentialing, across multiple lines of business.

You will build strong relationships with the Provider community and actively participate in internal provider meetings and work groups to promote data integrity. The role requires initiative, the ability to work independently, and solid communication skills, with preferred experience in Microsoft Office apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 4 years of Health Care industry experience.
• 2 years of experience with Provider Network contracting and credentialing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Building relations with the Provider community is an important part of this role. Responsibilities include promoting high-quality initiatives to support data integrity. Accepting ownership and leading highly specialized operational and customer support duties that require independent initiative. This role includes participating in internal provider meetings and work groups, researching problems related to provider credentialing, data and network participation.Required Job Qualifications:Bachelor degree OR 4 years of experience in the Health Care industry2 years of experience with Provider Network contracting and credentialing systemsWritten and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external customersAnalytical and quantitative skillsAbility to take initiative and work independentlyPreferred Job Qualifications:Subject Matter Expert for the Professional Provider Credentialing ProcessExperience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and Power PointFlex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.
