• proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, filtering, and data reconciliation).
• Sharp investigative and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with reporting platforms or tools such as SQL or Power BI is a plus.
• communication skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, update, and maintain provider data across core systems.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies to ensure full compliance.
• Conduct quality service audits on provider data and claims payment setups.
• Partner with claims, credentialing, and network teams to address root-cause issues and streamline processes.
• Utilize Excel to organize datasets, validate information, identify discrepancies, and generate operational reports.
