Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Provider Data, to define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within our Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will champion data as a product, modernize the Provider Directory, and align roadmaps with partners across Provider Operations, PIM, and engineering to ensure end-to-end delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of product experience with the software lifecycle.
• 1 year of advanced domain experience; Agile exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns product vision and roadmaps; communicates priorities across stakeholders.
• Represents the product in governance meetings and maintains backlog priorities.
• Coordinates with operations, information management, contracting and engineering teams.
• Drives cross-product value and shared learnings; manages delivery milestones.
• Ensures data products meet regulatory benchmarks and quality standards.
• Acts as a bridge between business strategy and technical delivery.
• Manages portfolio assets, datasets, and API-driven data products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
