Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing mainly for Medicaid, with potential work with Medicare and private payers. The role is based in Southeast Ohio and involves ensuring accurate CAQH/NPPES/CMS engagements and timely credentialing processes.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of credentialing experience in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid, strong EHR skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced workflows

Qualifications

• 1 year of credentialing experience in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid.
• Experience using an electronic health record system to process claims is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider files for government and commercial credentialing applications.
• Track CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS portals and ensure active logins.
• Coordinate enrollment and re-credentialing with payers and providers.
• Assist with provider data submissions and billing-related tasks as needed.
