Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Medicaid operations, provider data governance, and attribution processes. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams across IT, analytics, claims, and compliance to ensure accurate, timely data and robust operational controls.

The role requires 5+ years in Medicaid or managed care data, proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data warehouses, and strong communication to translate complex data issues into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills to translate operational issues into business risk and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes to ensure outputs are accurate and reliable.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, operations, and technology to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities through monitoring and remediation.
• Identify defects, root causes, and control gaps; drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
