You will handle provider packet preparation, license/DEA procurement, file creation, and verifications to ensure accurate credentialing records.

The role requires high school completion, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to analyze information while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate with knowledge of general office procedures.
• Experience with computer software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Ability to analyze problems and arrive at logical answers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Provide new provider application packets for completion.
• Obtain licenses and DEA as required.
• Create and maintain credentialing files.
• Scan provider files for recovery and credentialing software.
• Create accounts in credentialing software and input information.
• Obtain necessary verifications.
• Complete credentials file for approval.
• Monitor expiring credentials monthly using government sites.
• Update credentialing system with current documents.
• Create and complete reappointment applications.
• Gather information and complete verifications for re-credentialing.
• Monthly verifications using government websites.
• Attend OSHA training during orientation and annually complete OSHA competency.
• May be exposed to hazardous drugs.
• Other duties as assigned.
