Job summary

Meds.com is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to onboard and maintain provider credentials with state boards. You will manage credentialing files across platforms, perform primary source verifications, and secure new and renewed licenses.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects, confidentiality, and collaboration with teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Prior credentialing experience and a bachelor’s degree are favored.

Requirements

• 02-3 years of relevant professional experience in credentialing
• Knowledge of credentialing principles, best practices, and medical terminology
• Ability to manage multiple projects and heavy workload simultaneously with a positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changes/challenges
• People-oriented and collaborative
• Skill in establishing priorities with independent coordination of day-to-day aspects
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications on behalf of credentialing applicants and/or applications
