Qualifications

• 5+ years of provider contracting and relationship experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to use competitive and financial data to negotiate favorable contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate competitive contracts with behavioral healthcare providers, aligning with guidelines.
• Draft and review contract language with cross-functional teams for non-standard terms.
• Conduct financial and competitive analyses to achieve best-in-market discounts and meet targets.
• Manage contract performance and coordinate with departments on execution, loading and maintenance.
• Support the implementation of value-based contracts in line with business strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers to resolve escalated issues.
