CVS Health is seeking a Claim Field Specialist to support provider education on claims denials, submission, and payment processes. The role emphasizes driving provider satisfaction through targeted trainings and proactive claim education across Central Florida.

The position requires 70% provider in-person meetings, 30% remote work, a Monday–Friday 9am–6pm EST schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package. 40-hour weeks with potential overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical billing and coding related to claims processing and root cause analysis.
• 2+ years in provider engagement and/or relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel for data mining.
• Must reside in Central Florida, Orlando region.
• Willingness to travel 70% within Central Florida and work remotely the remaining 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead claim education programs for providers and education initiatives to reduce denials.
• Develop bulletins, newsletters, and trainings to improve provider claim issues and billing practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to identify and address claim training opportunities.
• Conduct trainings with providers in-person and virtually; maintain regular follow-ups.
