Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Claim Field Specialist in Central Florida to lead provider education on claim denials, submissions and payments. You will train providers in person and online, track claim trends, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements include 2+ years in medical billing and coding, 2+ years in provider relations, strong Excel skills, and Orlando residency. Travel up to 70% and 9am–6pm EST.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical billing and coding focused on claims
• 2+ years in provider engagement/relations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel
• Must reside in Central Florida (Orlando region)
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time within Central Florida and 30% remote
• Available Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver claim education for providers
• Analyze claim denials to identify trends and training needs
• Collaborate with internal/external departments on training programs
• Conduct in-person and virtual trainings with providers
• Support provider education on Medicaid claim policies and procedures
