Responsibilities

• Recruits providers and Specialists in designated geographic territory and negotiates provider contracts within guidelines.
• Identifies potential physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Maintains understanding of services and communicates developments effectively.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients and providers.
• Collaborates with internal departments and external organizations to achieve goals.
• Facilitates onboarding for new providers.
• Records daily contact of visits and interactions in Salesforce.
• Serves as main point of contact for provider issues and process improvement.
• Complies with all applicable laws and employer policies.
