Job summary

Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring CNAs to join our team in the TCU and LTC units. Full-time and part-time AMs, with some NOC shifts; every other weekend required.

Wages range from $22.56 to $28.18 per hour, with a $1 shift differential for PM and Overnight. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, a 403b plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, and nursing loan forgiveness.

Description

Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate CNA to join our growing team. We have openings in our TCU and LTC units.

Providence Place is conveniently located on the bus route in the southern Minneapolis Standish Ericsson neighborhood. We provide services for seniors in TCU (Transitional Care Unit), Long-Term Care and Memory Care. We have been helping seniors age magnificently for over 25 years and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.

Shifts

Full-time and part-time AMs, part-time NOCs available, every other weekend required.

Wages & Benefits

Wage: $22.56–$28.18, depending on years of experience.
Shift Differential: $1.00 / hour PM and Overnight.

Responsibilities

As a CNA at Providence Place, you will provide support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Qualifications
