Charismatic Advocacy & Support Services in Panama City, FL is looking for a compassionate Direct Service Provider to join our team, delivering daily living support to individuals with disabilities. This role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care and collaboration with families and the care team.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, transport, and documenting progress. Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED, a valid FL driver’s license, and be able to pass

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and client-centered approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.
