Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience in product development, rapid prototyping, mechanical/electromechanical design, or a related hands-on technical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and test physical prototypes.
• Experience with 3D CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, Designers and Engineers to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Design, build, and test physical prototypes from appearance models to functional proof-of-concept systems.
• Develop CAD models to support prototype construction and evaluation.
• Plan prototype testing, analyze results, and communicate findings and next steps.
