Job summary

ConMet is seeking a hands-on Test Technician to support prototype development and testing at the ConMet Technical Center in Vancouver, WA. You will set up and monitor test equipment, collect data, build fixtures, and help keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

This onsite role at the Vancouver, Washington Technical Center requires local candidates and does not offer visa sponsorship. The position includes a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package, with overtime

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years of ConMet Test Center training or equivalent testing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication ability.

Responsibilities

• Set up wheel-end and brake system test machines and monitor performance.
• Collect and document data from tests and experiments.
• Assemble fixtures and install sensors for in-house and field tests.
• Prepare test results and post-test reports.
• Calibrate equipment and maintain test machines.
