Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or pilot plant settings.
• Hands-on experience operating equipment with HMI interfaces.
• Experience with metal, ceramics, powder processing, casting, or machining environments.
• Exposure to pilot-scale operations, R&D, or process development.
• Experience handling specialized or air-sensitive materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment used in prototyping and process development activities.
• Prepare, handle, and process raw materials, powders, and samples safely.
• Perform measurements and collect process data using laboratory and production instruments.
• Document test procedures, observations, and results accurately for pilot-scale trials.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to aid process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure safety compliance.
• Support broader manufacturing operations as needed and assist with special projects.
