Ellaway Blues Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role focuses on supporting advanced manufacturing and prototyping for next-generation materials, from early trials through pilot-scale execution.

You will work hands-on with equipment, collect data, and document results while collaborating with engineering and process teams. A safe, organized environment and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions.
• Comfort with both physical and digital recordkeeping.
• Experience with HMI interfaces and basic machine operation.
• Exposure to metal or ceramic processes such as powder processing, heat treatment, machining or finishing.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with engineering, process, and manufacturing teams to support development of advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment used in prototyping and small-scale production.
• Perform measurements and collect process data using laboratory and production equipment.
• Support experimental trials, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
