Job summary

Roush in Kentucky is seeking a Prototype Project Coordinator II to manage issue resolution, status updates, and overall timing of projects. You will maintain budgets, track expenditures, and ensure deliverables meet both Roush and customer standards, mentoring team members along the way.

Responsibilities include planning office and shop activity, coordinating subcontractors, collecting data for reports, and ensuring milestones are completed on time and within budget with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of coordination experience or 3 years of skilled trade experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and detail orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross functional teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask.
• Intermediate computer skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.
• Assist the Project Manager with timing, budgets, quality, and material management.
• Direct and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor vendor performance.
• Develop and execute small project plans.
• Complete milestones on time and within budget with cross-functional teams.
• Collect data from customers, suppliers, BOM, and other resources to compile reports.
• Review project status daily and report percentage of completion.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
