Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electronic Technician for onsite work in Limerick, PA, contract-to-hire. You will build, test, and validate engineering prototypes, support transition of new products from R&D to manufacturing, and troubleshoot complex issues using lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes and network analyzers.

You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality teams, develop procedures and test records, and contribute to process improvements, quality, throughput, and cost

Qualifications

• Build, test electronic products and assemblies.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and prototype issues.
• Read drawings, schematics, and engineering documents.
• Document testing outcomes and build results.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and test engineering prototypes and pre-production products.
• Validate processes, procedures, and tooling for new products transitioning from R&D to manufacturing.
• Set up and optimize complex manufacturing and prototype fabrication processes.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and RF testing using specialized equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues using root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
