Job summary

Strong math skills and familiarity with MS Excel or similar tools.
Exposure to electronically controlled equipment and robots.
Action-oriented with good communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship required and ISO/IATF/AS environment experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Operations/Manufacturing in bringing new equipment online by overseeing trial builds under Manufacturing Engineers guidance.
Assist Manufacturing Engineers with process development for industrialization of new products to meet safety, cost, and cycle-time targets through prototypes and early-release parts.
Support Continuous Improvement by tracking trials, pass/fail rates, machine performance, and cycle time.
Document work with writing and photographs for reports and work instructions.
Collaborate with other departments on facility-wide Safety, Quality, and waste-reduction initiatives.
Assist with operator training.
