This role requires a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and ability to read engineering instructions; you will set up equipment, perform maintenance, and document development steps across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing environment (aerospace or composites a plus).
• Preferred 5 years of relevant experience in weaving/injection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering instructions.
• Physical demands include stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, light lifting up to 25 pounds, grasping, hearing, visual acuity.
• Able to operate across multiple platforms/processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations for proof of concept demonstrators and prototypes.
• Use weaving/injection knowledge to produce concepts per engineering instructions.
• Set up equipment per engineering instructions and perform startup activities.
• Conduct required process capability studies, equipment installation qualifications, and process validation.
• Maintain safe, organized development areas and document development processes.
