Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Machining prototypes from advanced composite materials (milling, grinding, EDM, lapping)
• Program equipment in MasterCAM, PC-DIMS, Calypso, MX
• Generate PC-based outputs on standard platforms (Creo, SolidWorks, Agile, Oracle, Cumulus)
• Maintain detailed process and product tracking
• Participate in Lean/Kaizen, ISO, and 8D activities
• Transfer successful products to Manufacturing with documentation and training
