Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Prototype Garage Mechanic (SBU) in Auburn, Alabama to support general mechanical work and diagnose vehicle systems. You will perform engine/transmission changes, electrical diagnostics, and reworks to incorporate engineering changes with a collaborative team.

Required are a high school diploma, 2+ years in auto service, basic computer skills, and the ability to read schematics. Occasional overtime and travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Auto Service.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Teams, etc.
• Diagnostic tool capability (CDA, Canalyzer, etc.) wire harness fabrication and rework, reading of schematics, utilize own tools.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Strong emphasis on excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and teamwork.
• Valid Driver’s License, No Physical Restrictions.
