Land Pride Inc. in Salina, KS is seeking an experienced Construction Equipment Test & Validation Technician to join Kubota CERDNA Engineering.

You will assemble, test and validate prototype machines, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and quality standards for North America operations. The role involves field and lab testing, data collection using Dewesoft/eDAQ systems, and collaboration with design engineers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 1+ year related experience
• Ability to read and interpret prints and assembly instructions
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Operate construction equipment, turret-style forklift, medium-duty trucks/trailers
• English language competency including written and verbal communication
• Must obtain and maintain a valid DOT license within 60 days
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow software, and inventory programs
• Comfortable working at elevated heights with safety harness
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 5%)
• Experience with test data collection systems like Dewesoft/eDAQ

Responsabilités

• Assemble/repair prototype machines and provide engineering feedback
• Assist Engineers with assembly, disassembly and inspection of test machines
• Document and communicate quality of vehicle/user interaction to engineers
• Install, diagnose and use sensors and data acquisition equipment
• Conduct tests on machines according to industry standards
• Follow validation plans and related documentation
• Perform lab and field tests on prototype machines and components
• Manage inventory and ensure shop safety and 6S standards
• Coordinate calibration activities for ISO 9001 compliance
• Provide feedback on prototype operation and performance
• Communicate prototype assembly experiences to engineers
