Great Plains Manufacturing in Salina, KS is seeking an experienced Construction Equipment Test & Validation Technician to join Kubota CERDNA Engineering. You will assemble, test, and validate prototypes, collect data, and support ISO 9001 processes.

Responsibilities include operating test equipment, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and quality in field and lab environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year equivalent with related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and assembly instructions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; forklift operation preferred.
• Valid DOT license within 60 days and ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsabilités

• Assemble/repair prototype machines and provide engineering feedback.
• Assist with assembly, disassembly, and inspection of test machines.
• Document vehicle/user interaction quality for engineers.
• Install and use sensors and data acquisition gear.
• Run tests per validation plans and report results.
• Maintain 6S shop cleanliness and inventory control.
