Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics technician/engineering technologist experience required.
• Associate degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology typical; 6+ years bench depth acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in PCB population, fine-pitch solder rework, and BOM handling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and modify prototype PCBs, perform fine-pitch solder rework on multi-layer boards.
• Conduct board bring-up, bench testing, and root-cause fault isolation with hardware design engineers.
• Troubleshoot component-level failures on boards, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies using diagnostic tools.
• Assist with BOM verifications and calibration/maintenance of lab equipment.
• Create lab documentation, validation test reports, and engineering data logs per AS9100/defense standards.
