Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience.
• Hands-on electronics troubleshooting in a lab environment; ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with microscopy, X-ray inspection, cross-sectioning, decapsulation, or fault isolation.
• Excellent manual dexterity and microscope-based working capability.
• Ability to collaborate in a small lab and follow procedures; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, if required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to communicate issues, draft procedures, and review designs to meet deadlines.
• Work in a dynamic rapid development lab, supporting prototype and first article builds.
• Lead assembly tasks including SMT and harness/cable builds with tight tolerances.
• Interpret sketches, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Contribute to process improvements and update drawings, BOMs, and change orders.
• Conduct hardware kit verification and perform hand soldering of SMT, through-hole, and fine-pitch parts.
