You’ll design and prototype electrified machines, operate prototyping equipment, and collaborate with global partner engineers to share best practices.

The role emphasizes rapid design, analysis, and hands-on fabrication, with responsibilities spanning design, build, and test phases and close teamwork with onsite and distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years relevant experience, or an associate's with 9+ years, or a master's with 5+ years.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools and Creo Design/Simulate for prototyping.
• Experience with rapid design, analysis, and prototype manufacturing in electrified systems.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple prototype projects across design, build, and test phases.
• Troubleshoot equipment, track prototype inventory, and provide logistics support.
• Deliver prototypes safely and efficiently, collaborating with engineers and onsite teams.
