Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a skilled RRT Machining Technician II in Middletown, PA to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for prototype and low-volume production runs, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet tight timelines.

You will read engineering drawings, inspect parts, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and 5S standards. A high school diploma with CNC experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or prototype environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications.
• Perform machining, deburring, inspection, and documentation activities.
• Troubleshoot basic machining and setup issues.
• Support prototype and expedited production builds to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers on manufacturability and process improvements.
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and work areas in accordance with safety, 5S, and TEOA standards.
