Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Prototype Build Technician to help develop and commercialize state-of-the-art electric vehicle prototypes. You will build prototypes, collaborate with Automotive Technicians and Design engineers, and help identify assembly and service issues in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Luxury Automobile Technician experience, an automotive toolbox, and willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Automotive Technology or ASE Certification.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, etc.
• Ability to travel.
• Proof of excellence in your past position, while demonstrating profound creativity in resolving mechanical problems.
• 2+ years Luxury Automobile Technician experience.
• You bring your own professional automotive toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Build state of the art automotive prototype vehicle, systems, and subsystems
• Work closely with Automotive Technicians, Design engineers and identify potential assembly and service issues
• Work efficiently within a multidisciplinary cooperative environment
