Job summary

Lucid Motors in Wisconsin is seeking a Prototype Build Technician to help develop and commercialize state-of-the-art electric vehicle prototypes. You will collaborate with design engineers and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a Luxury Automobile Technician, a degree in Automotive Technology or ASE certification, and willingness to work overtime and travel.

Qualifications

• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to travel.
• Proof of excellence in your past position with creativity in solving mechanical problems.
• 2+ years Luxury Automobile Technician experience.
• Owns a professional automotive toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Build state of the art automotive prototype vehicle, systems, and subsystems.
• Work closely with Design engineers and identify potential assembly and service issues.
• Work efficiently within a multidisciplinary cooperative environment.

As a Prototype Build Technician, you will help develop and commercialize state-of-the-art electric vehicle. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and be excellent at multi-tasking.

Your Role:

• Build state of the art automotive prototype vehicle, systems, and subsystems
• Work closely with Design engineers and identify potential assembly and service issues
• Work efficiently within a multidisciplinary cooperative environment

Compensation Range

Base Pay Range (hourly)

$42—$58 USD

Compensation & Benefits:
