Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in automotive, mechanical, or electronics engineering.
• Proficient in mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Mastery of soldering, electronics fabrication, and wire harness assembly.
• Experience working safely with high-voltage systems.
• Skilled in using inspection tools and comfortable navigating CAD software.
• High standards for workmanship and quality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electromechanical systems using engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers to solve production challenges.
• Support critical R&D activities for prototype development.
• Build and integrate high-quality wire harnesses and electrical subsystems.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Manage resources for build projects.
• Document assembly procedures and train fellow technicians.
