Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES seeks a Prototype Build Engineer to manage prototype build activities, develop build plans from vehicle specs, coordinate purchasing, and track development and timing for engine system parts.

You will lead multiple teams to ensure all program deliverables are met and resolve issues affecting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing processes, and timing. This onsite role at CTC requires strong leadership and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 1-3 years engineering experience
• Basic vehicles build process knowledge
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Must be comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels
• Strong self-starter able to manage multiple programs and communicate status to management

Job description

The Prototype Build Engineer will be responsible for managing all prototype build activities including developing and communicating build plans based on vehicle specifications, coordinating purchasing, tracking development, and program timing for engine systems parts. In addition, this individual will be responsible for leading multiple teams to ensure all program deliverables are met and any issues affecting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing are resolved. The Prototype Build Engineer must have the ability to direct issue resolution at all levels. This Position is onsite 5 days a week at CTC.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related degree field (Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, etc)
• 1-3 years engineering experience
• Basic vehicles build process knowledge
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Must be comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels
• Strong self-starter able to manage multiple programs and communicate status to management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in engineering (Mechanical / Aerospace / Mechatronics, etc)
• Formula SAE experience or relevant automotive internship experience.
