Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES seeks a Prototype Build Engineer to manage prototype build activities, develop build plans from vehicle specs, coordinate purchasing, and track development and timing for engine system parts.

You will lead multiple teams to ensure all program deliverables are met and resolve issues affecting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing processes, and timing. This onsite role at CTC requires strong leadership and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 1-3 years engineering experience
• Basic vehicles build process knowledge
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Must be comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels
• Strong self-starter able to manage multiple programs and communicate status to management

Responsibilities

• Manage all prototype build activities and develop build plans based on vehicle specifications
• Coordinate purchasing, track development and program timing for engine system parts
• Lead multiple teams to ensure all program deliverables are met
• Resolve issues affecting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing
• Direct issue resolution at all levels
