• Create build Work Orders for all ground up builds.
• Chair weekly build issue and program build planning meetings.

Job description

• Adjust timing for builds based on part and Hoist availability.
• Review PDB Master BOM's from EBOM
• Prioritize builds through 2970 Garages.
• Create build Work Orders for all ground up builds, updates,
• Create Build Issue Logs to communicate to Engineers daily issues
• Create Misc. parts pull requests based on engineering needs
• Chair weekly build issue and program build planning meetings
• Create Shippers, Gate passes, move requests, etc. for all material movement inside and outside of company.
• Recommend best practice for Issue Resolution

Key Requirements

• Prior mechanic experience (dealership or independent), or
• Significant hands-on automotive repair experience beyond basic maintenance (3 years of either work experience in a dealership, automotive repair, or personal experience noted on the supplier notes or cover letter)
• Strong understanding of vehicle components (brakes, suspension, cradles, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse mechanic personalities
• Highly organized; able to manage multi-million-dollar prototype builds
• Comfortable with Microsoft tools; diagnostic experience is a plus
• Ability to learn Bill of Materials (BOM) processes on the job
