Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree, trade school, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong knowledge of shop equipment and safety.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inspection tools (dial calipers, micrometers, profilometers).

Responsibilities

• Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Abide by all company regulations, policies, work procedures and instruction.
• Load or unload construction materials.
• Knowledge and ability to operate all lab stations.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and assist in material inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
