Prototype Assembly Technician in Cincinnati, OH is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our hands-on team. You’ll participate in prototype development, performing hand preparation, assembly, and inspection with precision.

This role offers weekly pay, full benefits within 90 days, and paid training; you’ll work Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4PM, using hand tools and machinery under supervision to produce high-quality prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Hand Preparation of Raw Materials: Measuring and cutting various materials with hand tools to exact specifications.
• Prototype Assembly: Layering, trimming, and assembling components with extreme precision.
• Product Modification: Disassembling and reassembling plant-produced and purchased products using new materials.
• Equipment Operation: Operating specialized equipment, monitoring parameters like pressure, temperature, and stroke length.
• Inspection & Packaging: Conducting manual inspections, sorting, labeling, and packaging of prototype products.

What You’ll Do:

As a key part of our prototype development team, you’ll be responsible for:

Hand Preparation of Raw Materials:
Measuring and cutting various materials with hand tools to exact specifications.

Prototype Assembly:
Layering, trimming, and assembling components with extreme precision.

Product Modification:
Disassembling and reassembling plant-produced and purchased products using new materials.

Equipment Operation:
Operating specialized equipment, monitoring parameters like pressure, temperature, and stroke length.

Inspection & Packaging:
Conducting manual inspections, sorting, labeling, and packaging of prototype products.
