Job description

Medical Device Assembler

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM

We are seeking a detail‑oriented manufacturing technician to work in a clean room environment. You will assemble small medical device components, operate production equipment, and perform quality inspections to ensure products meet strict industry standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, quality‑focused, and comfortable working with small parts, precision tools, and repetitive tasks. This position includes maintaining the cleanliness of the clean room through routine cleaning and sanitization of workstations, equipment, and production areas.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing or small parts assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and write English fluently
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
  • Ability to work with small parts using tweezers, magnification tools, and visual aids
  • Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a clean room environment and wearing required PPE
Job Duties
  • Assemble medical devices and small components according to specifications
  • Operate assembly and inspection equipment
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
  • Handle small parts using precision tools and visual aids
  • Maintain cleanliness of the clean room, including floors, equipment, tables, and storage containers
  • Follow all clean room, safety, and quality procedures
  • Complete production tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Assist with additional manufacturing and cleaning duties as assigned
