Rockwell Automation is seeking a production assembler for the Ladysmith, Wisconsin site. The role focuses on mechanical assembly, safety compliance, and ensuring quality across daily manufacturing tasks. You will operate hand and pneumatic tools, support molding operations, and assist with documentation.

The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires willingness to work a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) with regular overtime (10–20 hours/week).

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.

Job Description

You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may work across departments. Employees must follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10–20 hours per week.

You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI. This is a 3rd Shift role (Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am.).

Your Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment.
• Basic computer skills for completing production or documentation tasks.
• Willingness to work in any assigned department.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation.
• Willingness to work required overtime (typically 10–20 hours per week).

The Essentials - You Will Have
