Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Prototype Assembler for the 2nd shift in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions, operate hand and pneumatic tools, and support molding operations while maintaining safety and quality. Overtime is a regular requirement, with typical weekly hours of 10–20.

Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may work across departments. Employees must follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10–20 hours per week. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI.
