Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Ladysmith, Wisconsin is hiring for a 2nd shift manufacturing role. The position involves following work instructions, performing mechanical assembly, and operating basic tools while complying with safety and quality standards.

You will report to the Production Supervisor and work on-site in a team-oriented environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Ability to perform physically demanding manufacturing tasks and operate basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks.
• Operate basic hand and pneumatic tools and lifting equipment.
• Maintain basic computer records for production tasks.
• Support housekeeping and organization of work areas.
• Work overtime as required (typically 10–20 hours per week).
• Report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite.
• This is a 2nd shift role: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures.
• Mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment.
• Basic computer skills for completing production or documentation tasks.
• Willingness to work in any assigned department.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation.
• Willingness to work required overtime (typically 10–20 hours per week).
• Support preventative maintenance and keep work areas organized.
• May work across departments.
• Employees must follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs.
• Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10–20 hours per week.
• You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI.
• This is a 2nd Shift Role (Monday‑Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm).

The Essentials - You Will Have:
