Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating ProtoTRAK mills or similar CNC milling equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Proficiency using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
• Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, work holding, and material properties.
• Ability to independently set up jobs and produce parts to specification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time in Lebanon, OH.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate ProtoTRAK milling machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work holding appropriate for each job.
• Determine proper cutting speeds, feeds, and machining strategies for various materials.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance to specifications.
• Make machine and program adjustments as required to maintain quality and productivity.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and production records.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with other machining and production activities as needed.
