Flexstaff is seeking a Machinist for a well-established manufacturing company in the Mason, OH area. The role involves machining parts to print using both manual and CNC tools, with duties including blueprint interpretation, tool setup, and maintaining equipment.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and offers a full benefits package. The candidate should be able to work independently and manage workflow to meet schedules.

Qualificações

• Reads and interprets blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Uses precision measuring tools and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Plans machining work flow to meet project schedules.
• Operates a variety of manual/CNC machines with accuracy and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Program Prototrak SMX controller on a SWI bed mill or equivalent.
• Machine parts to print/sketch using manual or CNC tools.
• Order required supplies and coordinate with Production (Shop) Supervisor.
• Read blueprints and interpret tolerances; verify with gauges.
• Fabricate and shape metal, plastics, or composites to required tolerances.
• Safely set up and adjust holding fixtures, tools, and materials on machines.
• Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance on machinery.
