Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering tech or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Occasional work at heights > 20 feet or in cramped spaces.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Troubleshooting using technical drawings and root-cause methods.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical tooling basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety-conscious maintenance per VMS guidelines.
• Provide visible customer support and assist system operation.
• Serve as liaison with the customer on technical/administrative matters.
• Execute quality checks and planned maintenance on schedule.
• Prepare accurate field service reports and complete upgrades.
• Complete required training to maintain FDA compliance.
• Use internal software apps such as SAP, Salesforce, and PLC GUI.
• Support site roles like Safety Coordinator and Inventory Controller.
• Meet vendor credentialing requirements to access client sites.
• Travel up to 30% may be expected.
