Qualifications

• Develop and apply MS-based proteomics workflows (LC-MS/MS, DIA).
• Bridge proteomics data with ELISA-based methods.
• Prepare samples from complex biopharmaceutical matrices (protein digestion, depletion, enrichment).
• Understand immunogenicity risk concepts for host cell proteins.
• Collaborate with immunology and regulatory reviewers.
• Strong scientific writing for manuscripts, guidance documents, and training materials.
• Excellent written and oral communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and apply proteomics workflows to identify and quantify host cell protein impurities.
• Conduct bridging studies to compare proteomics with ELISA results.
• Analyze HCP profiles across biosimilar and recombinant product matrices.
• Perform orthogonal validation experiments (LC-MS/MS, DIA, etc.).
• Contribute to regulatory guidance documents and scientific publications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and translate findings for diverse audiences.
