Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Boston, MA is seeking a Mass Spectrometry & Proteomics Scientist to support discovery research, lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation development, pharmacology, bioanalytical, analytical, and CMC activities. This full-time role offers exposure to advanced mass spectrometry technologies and automated laboratory platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include quantifying proteins in biological matrices via LC-MS/MS, automating high-throughput

Qualifications

• BS/MS with industry experience or MS with minimum industry exposure.
• Experience with HPLC, LC-MS/MS and proteomics workflows.
• Sample prep including plasma/cell analysis and peptide workups.
• Hands-on pipetting, liquid handling and safe lab practices.
• Strong documentation, time management and communications.
• Ability to learn new techniques quickly and work independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Quantify proteins and analytes in biological matrices using LC-MS/MS.
• Automate high-throughput sample processing with liquid-handling systems.
• Perform MS and non-MS experiments for discovery, LNP, analytical, CMC and pharmacology goals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize assays and workflows with minimal supervision.
• Analyze data, document in ELNs, and present findings in reports.
