Job summary

Mike Hudson Dist is seeking a Protein Sales Associate to represent our protein-based products to food service clients. You will build relationships, deliver superb customer service, and drive sales across all categories.

The role requires 1-2 years in restaurant, food sales, or catering, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates in the Dallas area preferred.

Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience in restaurant, food sales, or professional catering.
• Candidate must live in the assigned geographic sales area.
• College degree desired but not required; culinary/hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Sell protein-based products across all categories to food service segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts and accounts.
• Provide solutions and close sales through effective communication and problem solving.
• Mentor with peers to share product knowledge and processes.
• Explain credit terms, delivery expectations, and ordering processes to customers.
