GenScript USA Inc. in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Project Manager in Reagent Services to coordinate multi-team efforts, evaluate project strategy, and prepare tailored service proposals.

You will liaise with commercial and production teams to ensure timely delivery, provide client updates, and help refine service packages based on market needs and competitive landscape. Requires MS in life sciences and protein science experience.

Qualifications

• MS degree in life sciences with 2+ years protein science experience; PhD preferred.
• Strong customer service awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities; strong execution.
• Solid protein-related technical background with hands-on experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple project elements.
• Capacity to handle high-stress situations; bilingual (English/Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project strategy and prepare service proposals based on client requests.
• Coordinate all teams to facilitate research work and provide updates to clients.
• Collaborate with commercial and production teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Support business development from a technical perspective.
