Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Biology or related life sciences.
• Strong technical competency and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Chinese proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer-provided sequences and place internal orders for molecular biology.
• Coordinate order design and management of protein projects within scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with Production, Project Management, and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate resolution strategies with teams.
• Support continuous improvement of production workflows.
