Responsibilities
- Follow protocols to design, set up and conduct basic experiments.
- Analyze data and troubleshoot protocols.
- Perform protein expression, purification and crystallization setup.
- Maintain detailed lab notebooks and report progress.
- Work with project manager and lab manager on reagents and routine prep.
